We're a small design agency based in Dorset that aims to help organisations with their printed or web needs. Big agency ideas and small agency prices... that's us.

How to get started?
Drop us an email or phone us. For bigger projects it can be useful to meet up but for smaller work we're happy discussing ideas on the phone and then emailing you designs etc via email.
What are your working hours?
We're around from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, so we'll be able to answer any enquiries during this time.
How do you send design proofs?
We will send screen resolution RGB jpeg files for each version of the design. This means smaller files that can be emailed easily and viewed quickly by you. Hi-res PDF files of the final design are available on request.
Do you offer printed proofs?
Yes. We can request a printed colour proof of your design before it goes to print. (this service does cost more of course)
Where do get your stock images from?
We tend to use istockphoto for all the images in the designs. Image quality is really good and costs are reasonable.
What about last minute changes?
Once you've agreed to the final design proof we will make the print-ready artwork file and send it to be printed. Any changes to design, text or images made after this time will be charged accordingly.
How long does printing take?
For most items allow 5-7 working days for printing once you've agreed your final design proof.
How do I pay for printing?
We will deliver the artwork to the printers, and they will either contact you directly for payment or will invoice you with the delivery of the final product.
How long do web sites take to make?
That depends. A really simple site can be made in a day, a more complex site will take at least a couple of weeks, or months. It really depends on the features you need.
Will your sites work in every browser?
We test every site on Internet Explorer 8+ Firefox 3+ Opera 8+ Chrome and Safari. This covers over 99% of possible user environments. Please note : We no longer offer support for Internet Explorer 7 and below.
Do you offer templates?
Yes. we can offer a unique design made in HTML / CSS. You can then take this on and develop your own site from our design. We'll give you a .ZIP file of the site, and then all the photoshop master files you'll need.
What about backups?
We can provide backup services on request. Every 7 days your site database is backed up both internally and also to a remote server.
Do you offer email accounts?
Yes. If you order your domain through us, you'll have as many email addresses on that domain as you like. You can access your email through a POP3 account on Outlook, Outlook Express or on the net via webmail.
We can also give you FTP access to your site if you require it.
Who owns the copyright of images you supply?
Ultimately the copyright of any image remains with the photographer. Photographs taken for your company will be licensed to you for you to use as you need to, but with the exception of reselling the images.
What resolution do you shoot at?
Normally we provide images at print resolution A4 (300dpi), but if you need higher resolution, please let us know.
Will you use my images for other projects?
No, not without your permission.
Can I get a CDR of all the images you take during a shoot?
Generally, no. We will only give you the images from a shoot that meet the highest standards, and have been processed to look their very best.
